More than 30 days before arrival date = 10% of the booking price.
29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.
Less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

You will have a 'proper local' the excellent, real ale serving Gunmakers Arms is just around the corner in Bath Street and every one's favourite Indian eatery The Hen & Chickens is just a 10 minute walk to Constitution Hill along with the arty Lord Clifton. There are two great gyms within walking distance too, the Henrietta Street Gym and Pure Gym at Snow Hill Plaza. St Pauls tram station is 10 minutes walk with direct line to West Bromwich and Wolverhampton. In the opposite direction is Snow Hill station (approx 10 mins walk) with direct lines to London Marylebone.
Booking confirmation & online check-in instructions will be sent to you via a guest email. Please complete your online check-in as soon as possible! Check in Details will be sent to guests 48 hours before check-in via the same email.
Security Deposits are required for all bookings £200 (Silver Forge increased due to furnishing value); deposits are kept securely and are refunded automatically 24 hours after check-out. This allows us to receive any reports from the Cleaning Company. A full break down of potential charges can be found in our House Rules. 99% of guests are wonderful and a pleasure to host so the deposit is automatically refunded. If for any reason we do unfortunately have to deduct from a guests deposit you will be notified directly.
