Description
The property is located in a quiet area only 2 km from Färjestaden and 300 meters from a bay.
The cottage can accommodate up to five people and has two bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a dining table with a comfortable bench and chairs. In the cozy air-conditioned living room there is a sofa bed, coffee table, two armchairs and a Smart TV with satellite channels with Swedish and German channels and a door to the garden. The fully tiled bathroom has both a shower and toilet. In the adjacent outbuilding you will find the sauna which has some sea views, a shower, toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer.
In the nice little garden at the front of the house you can sit and relax. Here you can have your breakfasts or dinners, as there are both tables and chairs, a grill, a parasol and a swing for children. You hardly notice that the house is next to the owner's residential building. There is also a free charging box for electric cars and Wi-Fi. Bicycles, high chair and bath toys are offered free of charge. Guests have four bicycles at their disposal, as well as one for children.
To see and do in Färjestaden and the surrounding area
Around the house knot you will find a nice hiking trail that takes you down to a bay, which is only 300 meters below the house. In a few minutes' drive, you will reach Färjestaden with its large selection of restaurants down by the harbor as well as a mall with shops. There are also fine sandy beaches and mini golf courses here. If you want to play golf, Saxnäs' fine golf course is only 15 minutes away. For the children, you can take a trip to Öland's zoo and amusement park, which can be an experience for them. You can also visit the royal castle Solliden or Borgholm with all its shops and restaurants or why not take a trip to Kalmar with its Castle or Skälby farm which is located just outside Kalmar where you have close contact with the farm's animals is popular with families with children so also A world of dinosaurs – Europe's largest dinosaur museum.
